Your purchase will be acknowledged via email within two business days. Since we are providing custom crafted wood items your purchase will be delivered to you within 10 (Ten) business days.
If there is any problem which might cause a delay in the delivery of you product item(s) you will be notified via email using the contact information you provided at the time of your purchase.
DogJoy Crafts’ Butler tables require simple 4 screw assembly.
Sales Tax
DogJoy Crafts.com charges 6% Pennsylvania sales tax to all items ordered.
Shipping
Your DogJoy Crafts.com order will be shipped to you using USPS Parcel Service. Shipping charges are assigned by package weight and size.
Security and Privacy
Your DogJoy Crafts.com item will be shipped as soon as it is completed. All items are shipped USPS Parcel Service and are assigned shipping cost by weight and package size.
To protect the security of your information and to guard your privacy we use PayPal.com and Google Checkout. Both of these systems offer you a place to enter a secure transaction. We collect only the information that is necessary for completing the sale and for shipping the product to you. In fact, DogJoy Crafts.com’s owners Ron and Joy Himmel do not have access to your full credit card number. We track your order using only the information that is returned to us by PayPal.com and Google Checkout.
For your privacy we do not rent, share, or exchange our customers’ email addresses. Email addresses voluntarily given to us or collected from email comments are never shared. We do use these addresses for our own electronic marketing purposes, but only with your consent. We do not rent, share or exchange our customers’ phone numbers. Phone numbers voluntarily given to us are used for contact purposes only.
Any questions regarding your credit card transactions are to be handled by either Paypal.com or Google Checkout depending on which system was selected by you at the time of your transaction.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the case of goods damaged in shipping and then only with prior permission by the owners of DogJoy Crafts.com. Goods that have been damaged following their successful delivery will not be accepted for repair or replacement. (It is possible to request a repair to your DogJoy Crafts.com product that has been damaged following delivery, however, you will be charged for repair materials, for the time it takes to complete the repair and for shipping and handling). Requests for return of goods must be received in writing via a letter or via email using the information listed above. Returned goods will not be accepted and no repair or replacement of damaged items will be made without prior approval. Damaged items will be gladly replaced with an identical or equivalent product based upon the materials available at the time of the return if the product can not be repaired. Every effort will be made to repair the damage item(s) and to replace and or remake damaged portions of the product before the product will be replaced with an entirely new product. If repair is not possible the product will be replaced with a new product according to the terms listed above.
Refunds
Refunds will not be offered by DogJoy Crafts.com. Repair and replacement of purchased products that have been damaged in the shipping process will be provided according to the terms listed in the policy statement for “Returns”.
Limit of Liability
DogJoy Crafts.com makes craft items that are designed to perform a decorative function. The dog-shaped butler tables are designed to be used as small side table / end table. DogJoy Crafts.com (Ron and Joy Himmel) bear no liability for damage to property and or bodily injury which may result from the misuse of products created by DogJoy.com. In recognition of the possible unforeseen relative risks, the purchaser of items created by DogJoy Crafts.com agrees to limit the liability to DogJoy Crafts.com for any and all claims, losses, costs, damages of any nature whatsoever or claims expenses from any cause or causes, including attorneys’ fees and costs and expert witness fees and costs, so that the total aggregate liability to the owners of DogJoy Crafts.com shall not exceed $500, or the cost of the item(s) purchased from DogJoy Crafts.com and the shipping of said items, whichever is the least. It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
